Mr. Kaplan, While not always agreeing with your work for TNR, I have admired the intelligence and honesty that come with it. I look forward to reading World Affairs as a subscriber.

Mr. Kaplan - I picked up the launch issue a few days ago and found the essays thoughtful and refreshing. It's Louis Menand's Metaphysical Club brought to 21st century life. Well done! p.s. I loved your work on Welcome Back Kotter.
