Lawrence F. Kaplan

LAWRENCE F. KAPLAN was the editor of World Affairs from 2008 to 2010. He was previously the executive editor of the National Interest and a senior editor at the New Republic, for which he reported from Iraq during 2005 to 2007. A graduate of Columbia University, Oxford, and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Kaplan has also been a distinguished visiting professor at the US Army War College.
